3) Are the apartments as good as they as they look in the photos?
Yes, they are; in our web page you will find detailed descriptions and large photographs of all the apartments. We try to represent our apartments as accurately as possible, because we want our guest to feel confident and to know exactly what they are booking.
4) Are your rentals centrally located and near public transportation?
All our apartments are in the most central Buenos Aires neighbourhoods, thus enabling you to visit many restaurants, shops, theatres or remarkable places on foot. And if you want to go to other neighbourhoods, you will never be more than 5 or 10 minutes away from a subway station. And at night you can be sure that there always will be taxis around.
5) Are there any restaurants and stores in the vicinity of your Buenos Aires apartments?
There are good restaurants everywhere in Buenos Aires, and, of course, the locations where our apartments are in, are definitely no exception. You will be able to find a wide variety of excellent restaurants, ranging from the most traditional to the trendiest ones. As for shopping, all apartments have nearby supermarkets and shops where you can purchase food or other household items that you may need during your stay. In case you need some advice, do not hesitate to ask us for suggestions on where to go shopping or where to eat.
6) Are Buenos Aires apartments for rent safe?
Absolutely. All of our apartments are in safe, up-scale neighbourhoods and well equipped with security devices. There should be no problem in wandering around at any time of the day or the night; just beware of pick-pockets.
7) So many apartments appeal to me, how do I choose?
Unless you have a particular neighbourhood in mind, you should not worry about the location of the apartment. All our apartments are in the best central locations, offering safety, sights, shopping and the typical local street-life ambience. Think of how many bedrooms you need and if there is any particular appliance that you must have (such as high speed Internet), and then pick the one you like best.

8 ) What does the apartment rental price include?
Weekly rental rates include taxes, utilities, local telephone calls, linen, and a weekly service of cleaning and linen change. There is no charge for cable TV and Internet.
9) What are the days/times of arrival and departure?
You can book any dates you choose, only subject to availability. There are no imposed days of arrival or departure.
Check-in: 2:00 pm - Checkout: 10:00 am
Upon arrival, the guest will arrange with Luxury BA the date and time of the check-out from the apartment, or at least 48 hours before departure.
Luxury BA receives their guests in the rented property at any time of the day, all in accordance to previously arranged date and time. This service is provided at no cost between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm on week days. If the check-in or check-out time is outside office hours, there is an extra charge of US$ 30.- each.
10) I am not still sure of my trip plan. After having confirmed my reservation, would it be possible to change my dates of arrival and departure? Would it be possible to cancel?
We require a booking deposit of 20% of the total rent, with the balance due at the check in. If you want to change your dates slightly after confirmation, or extend your stay, we will make all the adjustments needed, but subject to the availability of the apartment. Outright cancellation entails the forfeiting of the monies paid.
11) Do you arrange a transfer to and from the airport to the accommodation?
Yes, we do. And as part of our many additional services, you may specify an airport transfer, such as a van for larger parties.
12) How do I collect the apartment keys?
You do not need to collect the keys; you just have to go directly to the apartment, where a member of our staff will be waiting for you.
13) What should I bring with me?
All of our apartments are fully furnished and fully equipped with the amenities of modern living. All of them have well equipped kitchens, and most of them have cable TV, high-speed Internet, washing machines and many other amenities. In our web page we give detailed information about each apartment; you only need to bring your personal belongings. You should however bring an electrical socket converter if you are travelling with rechargeable electronic devices.

Once you get the availability, you can make your reservations, by sending the deposit required.
How do I make a booking online?
Once you have selected an apartment, simply go to BOOK NOW and more details will be displayed.
Once you have chosen your preferred accommodation you can book it online by filling in our
reservation form. Please follow all the steps and give all the information asked for.
When will I know the address and the contact person’s data?
You will receive all this information in the booking confirmation we will send you after confirmation of the
prepayment (the deposit to secure the booking)
How far in advance should I book an accommodation?
Our accommodations are highly demanded, especially during high season. Therefore we would always advise you to book as soon as you know which apartment you would like to stay in, so as to make sure you get what you want. Please note: We confirm the reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Smokers
Only in some apartments, smokers are allowed. Please, ask when you book your flat if it is permitted.
Pets
Only in some apartments, pets are allowed. Please ask before reserve.
