The published rates are final and they include building fees, city taxes, water, electricity, gas, cable TV, IP Phone, telephone service with a control line or mobile phone (according to the category of the property), internet (except otherwise specified) and maid service once a week.
The check-in is schedule at 2 pm, and the check-out at 10 am.
If a guest arrives before 2 pm and the property is available the guest may occupy the property on the following terms:
- Between 6 am and 2 pm at 25% of the daily room rate.
- Before 6 am at 100% of the daily room rate
If a guest has a departure schedule for after 10 am and the property has no other immediate reservation, the guest may remain at the property on the following terms:
- Between 10 am and 6 pm at 50% of the daily room rate
- After 6 pm at 100% of the daily room rate.
The rental payment is in cash and in advance, at the moment the guest arrives at the apartment, signs the contract and receives the keys. Payment can be made in U.S. dollars, euros, sterling pounds or Argentine pesos, at the exchange rate of the day. We do not accept checks, traveler checks nor credit cards at check in.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Upon arrival, the guest will arrange with Luxury BA the date and time of the check-out from the apartment, or at least 48 hours before departure. The refundable deposit will be returned at the moment of departure and after checking the general condition and inventory of the apartment.
If the guest desires to lengthen his stay in the rented apartment, he should previously consult with Luxury BA if it is available for the extension period. If the apartment is available, a new rental contract will be signed for the extension agreed upon.
If the guest desires to shorten his stay, no money will be returned for the rent already paid. In the case of long contracts, when the rent is paid month by month and the guest decides to terminate the contract in advance, the security deposit will not be returned, and the property owner in this way will not be inconvenienced by the incompletion of the anticipated rental period.
Guests are obligated to provide the names, ID numbers and ages of all persons who will occupy the property. The use of the property by more guests than agreed upon or exceeding the capacity stated in the contract is basis for the cancellation of the lease agreement or for an extra payment for the additional person, as per the owner’s criteria. Guests are due to observe and respect the properties regulations.
Luxury BA receives their guests in the rented property at any time of the day, all in accordance to previously arranged date and time. This service is provided at no cost between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm on week days. If the check-in or check-out time is outside office hours, there is an extra charge of US$ 30.- each.
Luxury BA’s administrative fees are US$ 40 including amenities found in high class hotels.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit will be requested according to the length of the rented period:
- Rent for less than one month: one week deposit
- Rent for one month: two weeks deposit
- Rent for more than one month: one month deposit
The security deposit is refundable on the departure date, after verifying the general state of the apartment and its inventory. The apartment should be left in identical conditions as it was found upon arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, you agree to pay the cost to repair or replace it. If the cost is more than the security deposit, you agree to cover the remaining balance due.
The deposit of an apartment is made through the payment of 10%of the total rent, plus our administrative fees, plus any additional charge estimated.
Deposits can be made in cash in our office or by bank wire directly into our bank account. You may also pay with credit card via Paypal.com. (4.5% fee must be added on if paying via Paypal.com) You pay all wire transfers. Please request instructions to Luxury BA. Information of a credit card of the guest renting the apartment will also be requested to guarantee the reservation.
If the reservation is cancelled or reduced in duration, any deposit paid is non refundable and will be
considered as compensation for the potential loss of alternative bookings for the same period.
