between a 3 bedroom main house and a detached 1 bedroom flat, it boasts 3900 
sf. of indoor living area, as well as a large private outdoor courtyard and 
decked pool area.  It has been renovated in a modern, Mediterranean 
style, with high ceilings and wooden floorboards throughout.  
 
The ground floor of the 
main house is a 2300 sq.ft combined living and kitchen area with 17ft high 
ceilings.  This space is made up of an open-plan kitchen with outdoor 
argentine style “parrilla” barbecue at the back.  In front of the 20 
ft long cooking island, is a glass-topped dining table with space and 
settings for 12 people. The rest of the downstairs area consists of a 
central games section with a convertible pool/table-tennis table, and a 
television area made up of a 27ft U-shaped goose-down sofa facing a 
column-mounted 55-inch LED flat screen display with DVD player and digital 
TV.  There is also a downstairs guest bathroom located under the 
stairs.  
 
The three bedrooms are 
located upstairs. The master suite is located at the back of the house and 
includes a custom made “King”-sized double bed, personal television and Bose 
Ipod/CD/Radio system; and is illuminated by a 12ft electric skylight and 
wall-length windows that give onto an internal patio/garden area.  The 
en-suite bathroom features a square, tiled jacuzzi bath and rain style shower, 
and a large wash area with two sinks and two large mirrors.  The 
bathroom also has a large walk-in closet, and another is located in the bedroom 
area.  The other two bedrooms face toward the courtyard/pool area at 
the front of the house; both have personal televisions and are en-suite with 
combined shower/baths.  The first bedroom contains 1 custom made 
“Queen”-sized double bed and the other contains 2, with room for up to 4 guests.  
 
The separate flat at the 
front of the house is reached by a metal staircase from the pool area.  It 
includes a double bed and personal television, a private kitchen and en-suite 
bathroom with bath/shower combination.  
 
Other features include 
an electrically opening garage for one car and an office area on the first 
floor with desk and printer. The whole house is covered by high-speed 
wi-fi internet, the bedrooms include the highest quality linen, towels and 
bathrobes, and all the televisions are connected to local cable with 
high-definition channels.  
 
 
  
To book this property, the 50% of the rent should be sent.  
 
The deposit to book the 
property is non refundable in case of a cancelation. The balance of the rent 
must be paid through bank wire transfer (+FEE), PayPal (+FEE) or cash upon

THE SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE SENT THROUGH PAYPAL. For rentals that last less 
than a month the security deposit will be of us$ 1500.- For rentals that last 
more than a month the security deposit will be of us$ 2250.-

an extra fee.
