This house is located in the heart of the historic neighbourhood of San Telmo, two blocks away from Plaza Dorrego.
It´s colonial arquitecture (1887) has been resently recicled, keeping its original structure and making it a unique place.
The garden with swimmingpool and solarium creates a quite paceful area. It is a tipical colonial house in which rooms are connected to each other through the patio.
Its living is 12 m2 long, divided in three areas, with a chimney and a desk.
The house has a big wine cellar in the down floor where you can find the best argentinian wines.
The main bedroom with bathroom en-suite, a great window with view to the swimmingpool and garden. In this same floor, there is a little room with a twin bed size and a toilette.
