Old printing building recovered and furnished in a loft style. Inside, under the high ceilings that make the place bright and spacious, the colonnial decoration mixes antique furniture with modern comfort. On the ground floor, one finds the kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, comfortable chairs and a desk, a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom, and a large window that opens to the garden and swimming-pool. The main bedroom is located on the mezzanine and has a private bathroom with hydro-massage. The swimming pool and solarium (which are shared with two other units on the property), turns the place into an oasis in the busy centre of Buenos Aires. Lastly, there is a patio for private use with a table, bench, and antique chandelier. Minimum stay 1 week.
