Comprised of the only three units in a charmingly restored walk-up building, this property is actually three separate apartments which are rented together as one. Each apartment features modern furnishings, spacious living and dining areas and immense light from the ceiling to floor windows. The open living rooms and kitchen spaces are excellent for entertaining or hanging out, with fully equipped kitchens, bar tables with seating for four, and flatscreen televisions. All bedrooms are equipped with king beds. Two of the apartments have access to a 42 m2 private roof terrace with amenities such as an outdoor shower and 4-person dining table, and the third apartment has a charming private patio. Inside and out, these three units are comfortable, atmospheric spaces, perfect for a group traveling together but looking for individual living spaces. The building sits on a tree-lined street in Palermo Hollywood, an area known for its dining and nightlife scene. Unfortunately we cannot allow children or pets.
