This wonderful 490 m2 apartment occupies an entire floor in a French style building. Upon entering in a large lobby you have the view of the large living room and dining room. It can be seen throughout the area several architectural touches such as vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and decorative moldings. The property is very quiet even though the rooms overlook the front of the building. The kitchen has a breakfast area with very original cabinets and access to the main dining room. The utility room has a large laundry room, bedroom and bathroom. The rooms are in a hallway that separates the front of the house providing privacy. The two master bedrooms have walk-in closet, private bathroom and windows overlooking a Spanish style courtyard located on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms have large closets and share a bathroom with windows overlooking another courtyard below. An additional bedroom with single bed allows a capacity of nine people. This building is a fine example of 19th century architecture, where the French style feature to Buenos Aires and particularly the area of Recoleta.
