This apartment can lodge up to a maximum of 4 people. There is a large bed (2.00m long x 1.80m large), which can be split into twin beds. A large wardrobe covers one wall and a big window fills the opposite side, on the street. The sitting room/dining/kitchen share a spacious area. There are 2 comfy sofas, which can become 2 extra beds if needed. The Smart TV is connected to cable and Internet Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped for four: table and kitchenware, cooking pans, etc. La There is a fumes extractor, high fridge with freezer, microwave, traditional cooker with oven working with gas.
The balcony is as large as the room, 1.20 m deep. The apartment looks to the East, so it enjoys the Sun all morning
There is a bathtub and shower in the bathroom, towel dryer in winter, bidet, WC and lavatory.
On the last floor (9th) there is an open sky swimming pool with solarium for summer time.
Downstairs the tree-lined street is very quiet as there are no bus lines passing by Arévalo.
All around you will find restaurants (raw food, veggies, BBQ, Argentine, Italian, Chilean, sushi, Mexican, etc.), as well as teahouses and lovely small bars with delicatessen.
You will not have to walk more than 2 blocks to find a supermarket, bakery, gymnasium, laundry, fruit and vegetable. The subway line D is 3 blocks away, and so is the train that lets you downtown in Retiro.
There is a Flea Market (Mercado de las Pulgas) just five blocks away.
From the third guest, each additional person will pay USD 10 per day.
